Terms for website use, inquiries, demos, pilot phases and contractual services relating to VOLNEX.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website, inquiries, demo and pilot phases as well as contractual services provided by IVATION GmbH in connection with the VOLNEX platform, unless separate written agreements apply.
2. Provider
The provider is IVATION GmbH, Niederwaldstrasse 3, 09123 Chemnitz, Germany. VOLNEX is the platform brand of IVATION GmbH. NEXUS AI describes the AI-supported project intelligence inside the VOLNEX platform.
3. Website information
The information on this website describes the platform, product direction, application areas and possible introductory packages. It does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly marked as such.
4. Demos and pilots
Demo environments, portal views and examples are for evaluation and presentation. Real customer data, confidential project documents or production data must not be entered unless a separate agreement and suitable data protection setup exist.
5. Platform services
Functional scope, integrations, support, service levels, pricing and contractual periods are defined in the respective offer, order form or written agreement.
6. Availability
IVATION GmbH aims to provide stable and secure services. Maintenance, development work, security updates or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. Binding service levels apply only if separately agreed.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to VOLNEX, NEXUS AI, website content, logos, designs, product visuals, concepts and software components remain with IVATION GmbH or the respective rights holders.
8. Confidentiality and data protection
Both parties treat confidential information obtained during demo, pilot, offer or cooperation processes confidentially and protect it against unauthorized access.
9. AI-supported recommendations
NEXUS AI can prepare briefings, signals and recommendations. Final professional review and business decisions remain the responsibility of the customer or responsible project stakeholders.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
